The Chuckle!

Okay, everyone's fun meter went up about 100 points last night when Hill discovered that Priya thinks getting bounced on the bed is hilarious.  She was doing serious laughing and I was able to grab the camera and get the last of it.  Woo hoo!

Some Sounds

Priya is getting to be quite the talker. She is capable of making her mom and dad act pretty silly to hear her cute sounds.

New

Priya went to the farmer's market on saturday. I'm sure she wanted some of mom and dad's fresh strawberry lemonade, steak tacos and fresh peaches but she was content to listen to the blues band.

Dancing

Airplane Ride

First Hike

Priya went on her first hike. It was in the Uinta Mountains up Bald Mt. She loved the hike but not the car ride! She slept up and down the entire mountain in a moby wrap on dad's chest. 3 hours later he had a slobber patch on his shirt to prove it.

Flying

Days have turned into weeks and weeks into months and Priya is now 10 weeks old! Time is flying by and we are trying to enjoy every minute of it. I had NO IDEA how much I would love this little person. Every day I wake up and I love her more.

Blessing Day

Priya was blessed by her dad on August 24th, 2008. She wore the dress that Grandma Baird made for Aunt Robyn's blessing day. All our family came down to Provo and we had a big party with Priya as the guest of honor.

First Days

The first were days were spent getting weighed and measured and getting to know mom and dad. Not too many visitors so our little family could have a good start. Priya also had her first bath.

Priya is born!

Priya was born July 7, 2008 at the Garner home in Orem, Utah. She weighed 8 lbs. and was 20 inches long. Her midwives were Suzanne and Lori. Mom got to sit in a warm tub and watch movies. It was a happy and tiring day for everyone involved. Dad's adrenaline was through the roof and he seemed to be the only one crying, mostly because he was happy (and a little stressed).
